The Center of Connected Living FL

TIPTOE IF YOU MUST, BUT TAKE THE STEP!

Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life!

Dr Corinne Scholtz spent over 5 years in a local middle school researching adolescent self-esteem and conducted school-based, therapy groups for adolescent girls, informed by outsider-witness practices that generated new approaches around ‘at-risk’ behaviors and self-esteem. Based on her findings, this workshop will discuss adolescent self-esteem and sexuality, peer pressure, poor academic performance, drug and alcohol use, and body image.  Attendees will explore ways to implement adolescent outsider-witness groups within any organization, private practice and multi-cultural educational system.
